Guidlines for Bookstore Donations
- Please allow 8 weeks, prior your event or occasion, to request for donation.
- Submit your request in writing, on your company or organization letterhead, explaining the purpose for your request.
- DUE TO COST - Bookstore shopping bags are no longer free - cost per bag is 25 cents.
- ALL DONATION REQUESTS ARE PENDING UPON APPROVAL
Notice to University Departments
- All departments should have Purchase Orders on file, in the bookstore, to be able to shop.
- Departments will be given a 20% discount for a minimum order of $100 or more in insignia gifts and apparel.
Department Holds
- All department holds should be picked up in 48 hours from the time of price quote.
