return policy
before purchasing your textbooks. Should you have any questions or
concerns about about our policy on returning textbooks, please contact the
University Bookstore at 336-334-7593.
Returns are ONLY allowed during Returns
Period:
August 20 - August 27, 2007
New textbooks must be in
NEW conditions, still in shrink wrap if applicable, no markings. New
books that have been marked or soiled will be refunded at the used book
price.
USED BOOKS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
No refunds on used
books, study guides, solution manual, reference books, dictionaries or
opened software unless accompanied by an add/drop slip within the first 7
days of class.

Used books are upon availability. If a
used book is ordered, but is not in stock, then a new book will be shipped in
place of the used book. |
